Here it is:

Hutton can whitewash
stains on integrity, but
blood on hands, he can't.

It's about the Hutton inquiry into the circumstances of the weapon inspector David Kelly's death, and whether the government "sexed up" their dossiers on Saddams stock piles of WMD which -- somehow -- failed to materialize. The inquiry resulted in a total and utter whitewash of the Blair government. Instead a mountain of blame was piled on the BBC. See here for details.
